Sake Sushi Bar and Thai Restaurant, 42 Royal Palm Pointe, Vero Beach, (772) 978-9798; offers a wide variety of Japanese and Thai dishes with several vegetarian selections.

Suzanne's Vegetarian Bistro-previously located at 7251 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, is closed.

Tamarind Tree Café-previously located at 537 Central Ave., Saint Petersburg, is closed. Visit their other location, Tamarind Tree Express, 450 Carillon Parkway, St. Petersburg, (727) 556-2768. Look for Tamarind Tree to open a new location in July 2002, at 9009 Anderson Rd., Tampa.
